Pictures and Documentation
The Organizer shall be entitled to use pictures and documentation of the Participants taken during the event for purposes related with the event or any future events. By participating in the Twincity® Marathon, you grant full rights to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, website images, recordings or any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.
Amendments & Reservations
Organizer reserves the right to modify, supplement or waive all or part of the event rules.
Failure to follow these event rules, as may be amended, will result in immediate disqualification, loss of prize money and removal from official results.
Personal Data Protection & Rights
Information We Collect: Full name, NRIC/Passport number, date of birth, contact details, emergency contacts, t-shirt size, and health declarations provided during registration through authorized ticketing channels (e.g. Ticket2U).
Purpose of Data Processing: Event management, race bib assignments, Race Kit collection verification, official timing & results publishing, medical emergency coordination, and official event communications.
Data Access & Contact: You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data by emailing Ten Senses (M) Sdn Bhd at admin@10senses.com.my.
